L&T UGC 01 Underground Subway Construction
(Connecting Mantralaya to Vidhan Bhavan Metro Station)
This underground subway construction project, executed by L&T, required advanced injection grouting solutions to ensure structural integrity and waterproofing. A mock-up was done using AVINJECT 2C PU-PW, demonstrating its effectiveness in stabilizing and sealing critical sections.

A Residential complex for central GST Employees. This project consists of seepages from the walls. The
complex consisting of 4 wings & on each floor there are 4 flats & from each flat there is a seepage as well
as seepages from the staircase passage. We successfully stop the seepage using our acrylate injection
product name AVINJECT 2C ACRYL-R & AVINJECT 1C Elasto.

A Project that connects Mumbra to Airoli consist of twin tunnels of length 1 km each. And out of twin
tunnel the left-hand tunnel is recently achieved the throughout passage, we successfully carried out PU &
silicate-based Injection product. We used two component PU product named AVINJECT 2C-PU-PW &
Two component Silicate product named AVINJECT 2C URESIL FOAM. AVINJECT PRODUCTS
HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY MMRDA.
